Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 2 \u2014 Reservation<\/h2>\n\n<p>Reservations are made online via the vivasuresagadir.com website. They are considered a <strong>reservation request<\/strong> until written confirmation is received from the Lessor. The Lessor reserves the right to accept or decline any request without having to provide a reason for its decision.<\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 3 \u2014 Rates and Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Prices are listed in <strong>Moroccan dirhams (MAD)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>Payment is made <strong>at the office upon the tenant&#x27;s arrival<\/strong>, in cash or according to the terms agreed upon at the time of confirmation.<\/li>\n\n<li>A <strong>cleaning fee<\/strong> is added to the nightly rate, unless otherwise noted.<\/li>\n\n<li>No online payment is required to confirm your reservation.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 4 \u2014 Check-in and Check-out<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Check-in:<\/strong> starting at <strong>3:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Check-out:<\/strong> by <strong>11:00 a.m.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p>Any late departure not agreed upon in advance may result in additional charges.<\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 5 \u2014 Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Any cancellation must be communicated <strong>in writing<\/strong> (via email or message) as soon as possible.<\/li>\n\n<li>In the event of a cancellation <strong>less than 48 hours before arrival<\/strong>, the Landlord reserves the right to charge for one night\u2019s stay as compensation.<\/li>\n\n<li>In the event of <strong>a no-show<\/strong> (failure to show up without prior notice), the reservation will be automatically canceled without a refund.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 6 \u2014 Obligations of the Tenant<\/h2>\n\n<p>The Tenant agrees to:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Occupy the dwelling <strong>for personal<\/strong>, not professional, <strong>purposes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>Please ensure that the number of guests matches the number specified at the time of booking.<\/li>\n\n<li>Return the property in the same condition as when it was received.<\/li>\n\n<li>Do not hold parties or gatherings without prior authorization.<\/li>\n\n<li>Please be considerate of your neighbors, especially between <strong>10:00 p.m. and 8:00<\/strong> a.m.<\/li>\n\n<li>No smoking inside the apartment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 7 \u2014 Liability and Security Deposit<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The landlord may require a <strong>security deposit<\/strong> upon arrival, which will be refunded upon departure after the condition of the property has been inspected.<\/li>\n\n<li>Any damage found will be deducted from the security deposit, or billed separately if the cost of the damage exceeds the deposit amount.<\/li>\n\n<li>The Lessor assumes no liability for theft, loss, or damage to the Lessee&#x27;s personal belongings.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 8 \u2014 Capacity<\/h2>\n\n<p>The accommodation is provided for the number of people specified at the time of booking. Any additional unregistered guests may result in the immediate termination of the contract, without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 9 \u2014 Animals<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pets are not<strong> allowed<\/strong> in the accommodations unless the Landlord has given explicit written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 10 \u2014 Complaints<\/h2>\n\n<p>Any complaints must be made <strong>on-site within 24 hours of arrival<\/strong>. No complaints regarding the condition or amenities of the accommodation made after the stay will be considered.<\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 11 \u2014 Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n<p>These terms and conditions are governed by <strong>Moroccan law<\/strong>. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before resorting to legal action.
