Article 1 \u2014 Purpose<\/h2>\n\n

These general rental terms and conditions govern the relationship between vivasuresagadir.com<\/strong><\/strong> (hereinafter \u201cthe Lessor\u201d) and any individual making a reservation for accommodation (hereinafter \u201cthe Lessee\u201d). Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n

Article 2 \u2014 Reservation<\/h2>\n\n

Reservations are made online via the vivasuresagadir.com website. They are considered a reservation request<\/strong> until written confirmation is received from the Lessor. The Lessor reserves the right to accept or decline any request without having to provide a reason for its decision.<\/p>\n\n\n

\n\n\n

Article 3 \u2014 Rates and Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n
  • Prices are listed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n
  • Payment is made at the office upon the tenant's arrival<\/strong>, in cash or according to the terms agreed upon at the time of confirmation.<\/li>\n\n
  • A cleaning fee<\/strong> is added to the nightly rate, unless otherwise noted.<\/li>\n\n
  • No online payment is required to confirm your reservation.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    \n\n\n

    Article 4 \u2014 Check-in and Check-out<\/h2>\n\n\n
    • Check-in:<\/strong> starting at 3:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n
    • Check-out:<\/strong> by 11:00 a.m.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n

      Any late departure not agreed upon in advance may result in additional charges.<\/p>\n\n\n

      Article 5 \u2014 Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n
      • Any cancellation must be communicated in writing<\/strong> (via email or message) as soon as possible.<\/li>\n\n
      • In the event of a cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival<\/strong>, the Landlord reserves the right to charge for one night\u2019s stay as compensation.<\/li>\n\n
      • In the event of a no-show<\/strong> (failure to show up without prior notice), the reservation will be automatically canceled without a refund.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
        \n\n\n

        Article 6 \u2014 Obligations of the Tenant<\/h2>\n\n

        The Tenant agrees to:<\/p>\n\n\n

        • Occupy the dwelling for personal<\/strong>, not professional, purposes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n
        • Please ensure that the number of guests matches the number specified at the time of booking.<\/li>\n\n
        • Return the property in the same condition as when it was received.<\/li>\n\n
        • Do not hold parties or gatherings without prior authorization.<\/li>\n\n
        • Please be considerate of your neighbors, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00<\/strong> a.m.<\/li>\n\n
        • No smoking inside the apartment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n\n\n

          Article 7 \u2014 Liability and Security Deposit<\/h2>\n\n\n
          • The landlord may require a security deposit<\/strong> upon arrival, which will be refunded upon departure after the condition of the property has been inspected.<\/li>\n\n
          • Any damage found will be deducted from the security deposit, or billed separately if the cost of the damage exceeds the deposit amount.<\/li>\n\n
          • The Lessor assumes no liability for theft, loss, or damage to the Lessee's personal belongings.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
            \n\n\n

            Article 8 \u2014 Capacity<\/h2>\n\n

            The accommodation is provided for the number of people specified at the time of booking. Any additional unregistered guests may result in the immediate termination of the contract, without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n

            Article 9 \u2014 Animals<\/h2>\n\n

            Pets are not allowed<\/strong> in the accommodations unless the Landlord has given explicit written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n

            \n\n\n

            Article 10 \u2014 Complaints<\/h2>\n\n

            Any complaints must be made on-site within 24 hours of arrival<\/strong>. No complaints regarding the condition or amenities of the accommodation made after the stay will be considered.<\/p>\n\n\n

            \n\n\n

            Article 11 \u2014 Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n

            These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law<\/strong>. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before resorting to legal action. Failing that, the matter will be brought before the competent courts of Agadir<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n
